8th Grade Art: Sculptural Teapots

Coil construction with rose lid.

Organic forms with slab construction.

8th gr. students are creating sculptural teapots based on inspirations from the Kami Teapot Foundation (Artful Teapot Collection see screenshot belo). Students used slabs, coils, and pottery wheels to create their forms.

Three handled teapot.

Spikes with slab construction.
