In order to learn more about each other, advisees have been doing a presentation about a topic of their choice.

More Coffee Please: Lucid Press and STEAM Fourth Graders are working on a STEAM project that involves creating, designing, and marketing their own coffee company. They will design and build a coffee cup, business cards, and brochures. Lucid Press is a Chrome app students are using to design and print their cards and brochures. Similar to InDesign or Microsoft Office apps, it is easily accessible to students. Watch the tutorial above for more information.

5th Grade Light Up Drawings This year we have been collaborating with STEAM to integrate some of the concepts into the art classroom. Yesterday, the art room looked more like the innovation lab with students doing reprousse metalwork, creating hat inventions, and making circuits.
