ART CANOE

Students typed up a word cloud that featured words from our expectations discussion. They are also working on collages for the covers of their sketch journals. They will finish the sketch journals with a Japanese style book binding using colored threads and ribbon.

7th graders are studying still life in art. Today, they arranged a still life with a combination of traditional still life objects and modern objects. We discussed some of the art historical references included in the still life art book pictured below.
